ACHIEVEMENTS
Expeditions
During the past 26 years, RAA has conducted 87 scientific expeditions and trips to the following countries and regions under very difficult circumstances:
- 32 expeditions to Western Armenia (Eastern Turkey) and Cilicia;
- 14 expeditions to various regions in Iran;
- 28 expeditions to Southern provinces of Georgia and Nakhijevan;
- RAA has carried out expeditions to Azerbaijan along the banks Kura river;
- Since 1993, RAA has conducted 13 trips to Karvajar (Kelbajar) and Kashatagh (Lachin) areas;
